Kirkland Central's Annual Meeting is scheduled for March 27th, 2014, at 6:30 pm in the lobby. Please plan to attend!

Regular HOA Board meetings are held the last Thursday of every other month at the lobby in 6:30 pm.

Important Notices 


  1. All moves must be SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE by notifying Sally Barkley, our Facility Manager.  ABSOLUTELY NO MOVES ARE ALLOWED ON WEEKENDS.  Move in / move out fee was revised on the June 6th, 2009 meeting. All external moves will be charged a rate of $500 while internal moves will be charged a rate of $300.
  2. The House Rules and Regulations have been revised. Please click here for a copy of the latest version.
  3. All cable hook ups are also required to be scheduled with Sally as she has to provide the techs access to Kirkland Central's cable room. 
  4. All unit improvements over $5000 must be reported to Suhrco Property Management. 
  5. A proposal was made to prohibit smoking in the limited common areas such as the balconies outside the units. We would like to get your thoughts on the subject. Click here to go to the survey.
  6. PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED in St John's Church parking lot. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.   

It's Time To Act On Our Rental Cap

An article from the Seattle Times came out on Saturday, April 19th, 2008, alerting both current and future condo owners of the upcoming underwriting changes that could make it tougher to get a loan to purchase a condo or even refinance the one you currently own.

Kenneth Harney, a syndicated columnist for the Seattle Times, talks about these "underwriting changes by giant investors Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, plus severe new restrictions by private mortgage insurers".

As an example, Mr. Harney states that starting May 1st, AIG United Guaranty, a major mortgage insurer, no longer will write coverage on condominiums in hundreds of ZIP codes across the country that it designates as having "declining" market conditions.

"The ban is irrespective of applicant's credit scores, assets or equity stakes. Even in the healthiest real-estate markets, United Guaranty will require buyers to put at least 10 percent down payment into the deal, and will reject applications on units in condo projects where more than 30 percent of the owners are investors."
